Booking Terms

Deposit

For bookings made more than six weeks in advance, a non-returnable deposit of one third of the total cost is required at the time of booking. For bookings made less than six weeks in advance, the total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking. All bookings must be accompanied by a fully completed booking form. (Provisional bookings will be held for 72 hours pending receipt of the completed booking form and payment of deposit).

Final Payment

Once the booking is accepted the balance of the cost is payable six weeks before the start of the holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Cancellation

For cancellations made less than six weeks before the booking commences, we will make every effort to re-let and if successful a refund of the monies paid less the deposit will be made. In the event of us being unable to re-let, we regret we are unable to make a refund. We would advise you to take out suitable holiday insurance.

Arrival and Departure

The accommodation is available from Saturday to Saturday, from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Damage, etc.

You are responsible for the cost of any damage or breakage and for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. No rebates will be given for mechanical failure of any kind and every effort will be made to effect repair.

Pets

One well-behaved pet is allowed in the cottage (£16.00 per week extra). Please do not allow your pet upstairs or on furniture.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the cottage.

Additional Guests

The total number in the party must not exceed that disclosed on the booking form. Additional guests are not permitted.

Liability

No liability is accepted by the owners for any personal injury to guests, or for any loss or damage to their property.
